You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 3. Text Messaging Program

By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from Athena Text related to health insurance lead qualification and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us unless you re-enroll. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@powostudios.com.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected through our text messaging program are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Consent data is used solely for delivering the messaging service you requested.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, are owned by Powo Studios LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Health insurance plans referenced through our Service may not meet Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements and may not be available in all states.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powo Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
