Change log
Every meaningful improvement to the AthenaText platform, including features, refinements, and fixes, in one place. We ship frequently and publish here the same week.
Improved qualification accuracy
Retuned the qualification model against 180k production conversations. The result: fewer false positives, better handling of ambiguous replies, and materially sharper scoring on industry-specific signals.
- 18% fewer false-positive qualifications across all workspaces
- New industry-aware scoring presets for real estate, home services, and professional services
- Score confidence surfaced in the API response and dashboard
Webhook support
Real-time platform events are now deliverable to any HTTPS endpoint. Signed, replayable, and retried automatically on non-2xx responses, with everything you need to wire AthenaText into the rest of your stack.
- New events:
message.received,lead.qualified,conversation.completed - HMAC-SHA256 signatures with 5-minute replay window
- Automatic retry with exponential backoff up to 24 hours
Quiet hours edge cases
Fixed two edge cases in the quiet-hours enforcer where outbound messages queued during a quiet window could deliver ~30 seconds early on the morning side. Timezone conversion for DST-adjacent days now handled correctly.
