    4. Text Messaging Consent and Data Use

    When you opt into our SMS program, you consent to receive automated text messages related to health insurance lead qualification. These messages are transactional and service-related, not promotional.

    SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with licensed insurance partners solely for the purpose of voice call follow-ups you have requested.

    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We honor all state-specific text messaging regulations and TCPA requirements.

    5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect usage data and improve the Service. Third-party services including Google Analytics may also set cookies on your device. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

    6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

    We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically no longer than 12 months after your last interaction with the Service. Consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for compliance purposes. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
