Yes, at any point. A rep can jump into any live conversation, and the full thread, qualification score, signals, and source tag are right there in the inbox. The AI steps aside the moment a human takes over. If the rep hands it back, the AI picks up with everything the rep said in context. This is the most common request from SMB teams, and it’s the default behavior, not an upgrade.
